I’ve been training with Michael

I’ve been training with Michael for 1.5 years now and I always wish that I had the opportunity to meet him much earlier in my life. I struggled with unpleasant ligaments and cartilage injuries for 10 years while playing and coaching sports. Within a few months of training with him to strengthen my weaknesses and make a positive investment towards my health, I have seen the best results of my life and have never felt healthier. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is a constant study of his field. He is always more than happy to educate his clients on everything he has us do in training. He always ensures that there is thoughtful purpose in his guidance and he is always open to questions we may have for him in regards to leading a healthier lifestyle. He is the most qualified, experienced, and genuinely caring trainer I could ever ask for. Not to mention how incredibly personable he is! 100/10 would recommend him to everyone!

I have two pretty accomplished athletes being trained by Michael. My son is a distance runner on a scholarship in college. My daughter is in high school and is a nationally qualified swimmer. Michaels’s knowledge about training athletes is remarkable. He not only has prepared them physically, but he has also worked on the mental aspect of being an athlete.
